Since your order goes into production the moment it is placed, your card is charged the moment you confirm your order at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping rates vary depending on the quantity of products ordered.
To get an accurate price quote for shipping, please add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout, then provide your shipping destination by filling in your address.
After you have completed your order, the following occurs:
- Production is between 1-3 business days;
- Your order is lodged with Australia Post;
- We send you a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking details;
- Your order arrives between 3-7 days depending on the delivery location.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order leaves our office. That email will include a list of everything that has shipped, as well as a link to tracking information.

There is a small period of time before production begins when changes can be made.
As your Memento Mug is custom made, once production begins you will not be able to change your mug order.
Shipping changes can be accommodated up to the time your order is lodged with Australia Post.
Items purchased are custom made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective.
If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us within two days of receiving your order.
